II. Specific Process
1. December 2024: Initial Communication and Quotation
- Requirement Confirmation: The client sends a purchase request email, requesting a chemical composition report for 316 stainless steel plate.
- Negotiation: The client requests a 10% price reduction and a 60-day payment period. Our company ultimately negotiates a 5% price reduction, maintaining the original payment terms, and promises to provide free SABER certification guidance.
2. January 2025: Sample Confirmation and Contract Signing
- Sample Delivery: A 50 square centimeter stainless steel pipe sample is airlifted, accompanied by a test report from a third-party testing agency (SGS), focusing on the client's concern for pitting resistance equivalent (PREN ≥ 25). - Sample Feedback: Once the customer's laboratory tests confirm that the sample is qualified, we will immediately make adjustments and confirm that the additional costs will be borne by the factory. - Contract Signing: The customer signs the purchase order number and simultaneously pays a 30% deposit through Standard Chartered Bank. Production will begin after funds are confirmed.
3. January-February 2025: Production
- Production Scheduling: The factory will organize production according to 2B glossy finish and JIS standards.
4. March 2025: Payment Collection, Inspection, and Shipment
Final Payment Collection: The customer must pay the final payment of $xxxx within 7 business days after stocking is completed.
- Booking and Shipment: The customer will instruct the freight forwarder to book a 40GP container (container number xx) at the port for shipment on March 2nd. We will also arrange for a Certificate of Origin (issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and insurance (all risks underwritten by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade).

3.
